JAMMU, Mar 4: Joint Director Mohd Javed along with Deputy CEOs of Rajouri and Poonch, inspected various schools and examination centres in the twin border districts for three consecutive days.
They inspected atleast 45 schools, ZEO offices and examination centres for 8th to 12th classes. Various shortcomings, mostly in ZEO office Balakote, Government Middle School Mankote, GHSS Lassana, 12th class exam centre at GHSS Phata Dhorian and in some private schools of Poonch district, were observed.
The Joint Director asked the CEO to issue specific instructions for carrying out necessary changes so that functioning of the schools can be improved and also furnish him a report in this regard within a time frame.
