JAMMU, Aug 26: The Jal Shakti Department (JSD) has ordered the placement of 8 Incharge Superintending of Engineers (SEs) as Chief Engineers (CEs) on an Incharge basis.
Consequently, they were assigned new places of postings in different departments and wings.

As per an order, those Incharge SEs who have been placed as Incharge CEs are Mohammad Hanief, Showkat Hussain, Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Jugal Kishore Nagotra, Naseeb Chand, Dev Raj Bhagat, Zakir Hussain and Muneer Hussain.
The order further said that after promotion, Mohammad Hanief has been posted as Chief Engineer PHE Jammu, Showkat Hussain as Chief Engineer, I&FC, Kashmir, Rakesh Kumar Gupta as Chief Engineer PHE Kashmir, Jugal Kishore Nagotra as Incharge CE UEED J&K, Naseeb Chand, Dev Raj Bhagat, Zakir Hussain, and Muneer Hussain as Incharge CEs JKPDC.
