JAMMU, Dec 26: Team of Electric Sub Division-I, JPDCL, Green Belt, today conducted an inspection drive and disconnected 23 defaulting domestic and commercial installations.
On the directions of the Chief Engineer JPDCL Jammu, team of the officials of Electric Sub Division-I, JPDCL, Green Belt, led by Assistant Executive Engineer and under the direct supervision of Executive Engineer Electric Division II Gandhi Nagar Jammu, conducted inspection drive of the electric connections. Total 23 electric connections were disconnected because of nonpayment of dues.
Total 68 numbers of inspections were conducted. Areas where inspection drive was carried out, included Nanak Nagar, Trikuta Nagar, Bathindi and adjoining areas.
JPDCL has once again requested all electric consumers to clear outstanding/arrear amount if any at the earliest to avoid disconnections.
