Job Policy SRO 202

Sir,
This refers to article’ SRO 202 violates New Minimum Wage Rules by Dr Raja Muzaffar Bhat’ (Excelsior Feb 6th). I am of the opinion that SRO 202 is a violation of basic human rights of people especially the educated youth of Jammu & Kashmir. Many leaders of our state who are part of the Government criticized NC -Congress Government several years back  when they had come up with a similar job policy. PDP which was in opposition in 2013- 14 had criticized Omar Abdullah  for what they called Anti Youth policy. Under public pressure the said job policy was revoked , but now the same party which is in Government has created a similar policy for our youth. Infact the present job policy is much worst. I am shocked why opposition is mum over this issue ? Why hasn’t NC or Congress made any hue and cry over the issue of  SRO 202 in the ongoing session of Legislature?
I agree with the author that new job policy under SRO 202 is violating the Minimum Wage Rules. As per the new Rules a highly skilled labourer is to be paid Rs 400 per day, but under new job policy a Non Gazetted officer is paid less than Rs 300 per day. It is impressed upon Government to stop playing with the career of youth. SRO 202 should be repealed without any further delay.
Yours etc….
