JAMMU, Sept 27: Jammu Municipal Corporation today sealed an un-authorized construction at the Raghunath Bazar, Jammu.
On the directions of JMC Commissioner Pankaj Magotra and under overall supervision of Ashish Gupta, Joint Commissioner (A), the Enforcement staff sealed the structure inside the shop where illegal/un-authorized construction was being raised by Vivek Grover son of Subash Chander at Raghunath Bazar, Jammu.
The Jammu Municipal Corporation initiated the action under the provisions of J&K Control of Building Operation Act 1998.
The Commissioner JMC has once again appealed to the general public to refrain from making illegal constructions and get building plans whether commercial / residential approved from Jammu Municipal Corporation otherwise action as admissible under rules leading to demolition / sealing of the building would l be taken against the violators.
