JAMMU, June 29: Jammu Municipal Corporation today sealed a premises in Sector B, Sainik Colony Jammu, which was being raised for commercial purpose in violation of land use of the area.
On the instructions of JMC Commission M Raju and under the supervision of R S Jamwal, Joint Commissioner (Administration), the Enforcement staff of JMC took action against the violations by Prem Sagar at Plot No: 9, Sec No: B, Sainik Colony, who was raising the construction for commercial purpose against the residential approved building plan. The sealing operation was conducted with the help of Police force from District Police Lines, Jammu.
Warning strict action, the Jammu Municipal Corporation has appealed to the general public to refrain from making encroachments and unauthorized constructions / conversion in violation of land use.
