JAMMU, Nov 25: The Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) sealed the showroom of Roshan Shah Jewellers at Channi Himmat today for violating the building norms.
As per reports, Roshan Shah Jewellers were carrying out the commercial activity in their building at Channi Himmat in violations to norms.
After following due course of law under provisions laid down under Control of Building Operations Act ,1988, the Enforcement Wing of Jammu Municipal Corporation sealed the building to restrain the violator to undertake any commercial activity.
Jammu Municipal Corporation in its endeavor to make the city encroachment and violation free, fervently appeals the residents to adhere to the extant building and civic laws.
