JAMMU, Aug 10: On the instructions of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Commissioner, Avny Lavasa, the Corporation today sealed three Municipal Commercial Establishments at Sabzi Mandi here for non-payment of rent.
A handout of JMC stated that the allottees were served several notices to deposit the rent arrears accumulated against them but despite lapse of stipulated time period they failed to deposit the same.
Further, JMC has appealed to all its allottees commercial/residential to deposit rent dues along with GST to avoid legal action including sealing of the premises and cancellation of allotment order.
