JMC Councillor starts works worth Rs 50 lakh

JAMMU, Sept 23: JMC Councillor Satpal Karlupia today launched works worth Rs 50 lakh in Tirlokapur Ward Number 32.
Addressing the media, the Councillor said that the area had been secured and selected for long time for development which was directed by the Mayor.
There was no community hall in the area which was causing tremendous difficulties to the locals and for any kind of functions they had to book by paying for hall etc.
The administration will build a community hall at the cost of Rs 50 lakh which will benefit the locals as well as the nearby areas and also provide employment to the locals.
Lovekesh Gondi (Executive Member IT Department BJP), Raj Kumar, former Sarpanch, Sumit Malhotra, Subash Chander Sharma, Sham Lal Sharma, Soni Sandesh Sharma, Pawan Singh, Ravinder Khajuria of Kisan Morcha and many dignitaries were present on the occasion.
