KISHTWAR, May 26: Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF), district Kishtwar unit today discussed several issues pertaining to teaching community and also nominated executive body of the district unit.
Meeting over a video conference, provincial secretary Mohd Ashraf and provincial joint secretary Sanjeet Sharma discussed various problems and demands of the teaching community like transfers of Lecturers, Masters and Teachers who have completed their tenure of mature stay in the hard zones of district Kishtwar, regularization of ReTs into RReTs and conversion of left out ReTs into Teachers Grade II and III, release of pending arrears, dues/salaries and rationalization of teaching staff.
During the meeting, members discussed with chairman, Ganesh Khajuria the issue of surplus teachers of district Kishtwar who are without salaries since March 2015 and are waiting for their transition into Teachers Grade II & III.
Meanwhile, the JKTF chairman along with senior central leadership of the Forum recommended nomination of care taker district president and executive body of district Kishtwar.
Sajad Hussan Khurwani was nominated as care taker district president, Tilak Raj and Shoket Ali as senior vice presidents, Robin Kumar and Imtiyaz Ahmed Kichloo as vice presidents, Maroof Ahmed Zargar as general secretary, Girdhari Lal Sharma as additional secretary, Vijay Parihar as chief co-ordinator and Anil Kumar as co-ordinator, Krishan Lal as chief organizer, Ghulam Husaan Malik as organizer, Beeni Parshad was nominated as chairman of the district body while Yasir Ahmed Malik was nominated as stage secretary.
Swami Raj as chief advisor, Naveed Ahmed as advisor, Jaideep Kumar Rana as chief spokesperson, Sunil Khajuria as spokesperson, Deepak Sharma as chief publicity secretary, Rajesh Sharma as additional publicity secretary, Musarat Hussian Khurwani as chief convener, Rajesh Kumar as convener, Dheeraj Kumar as chief legal advisor, Mudasir Khurwani as legal advisor, Arif Husaan Zargar as auditor and Jeevan Lal as additional auditor, Ayaz Husain Wani as financial secretary, Parveen Kumar as additional financial secretary while Jumen Gujar was nominated as as media incharge.
