JKTA calls on DSEJ over tentative list of Masters’ transfers

JAMMU, July 27: The delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Association (JKTA) headed by its UT President Bhupinder Singh called on Director School Education, Jammu Dr. Ravi Shankar Sharma and demanded relief to the Masters, who had applied for transfer but not considered in the tentative list.
Singh said that the Teachers/Masters should be transferred as per the application form filled by them so that the online process for transfers started by the Education Department be made 100 percent successful. Along with this, Singh also said that a concrete transfer policy should be made for the teachers who are engaged under the RET scheme.
The Director School Education assured that his office is taking objections from the Masters and transfer of these remaining Masters would also be made at the right place while the issue of transfer policy for the teachers engaged under the RET scheme will also be resolve shortly .
