JKRCEA claims ‘bureaucratic over-activism’ in J&K

JAMMU, July 28: J&K Reserved Categories Empowerment Alliance (JKRCEA) has urged upon the President of India, who is on J&K visit, to give directions to the LG and bureaucrats to not harass reserved category employees in J&K.
Addressing a press conference here today Prof. G.L Thapa claimed that bureaucrats sabotaged the matter of reservation in promotions in government jobs in J&K.
Mohinder Bhagat said there was blatant violation of J&K Reservation Act and Rules and also that of Presidential order of March 1, 2019.
He said that these are glaring examples of bureaucratic over activism.
Prof. Kali Dass said that implementation of Mandal Commission report is awaited in J&K.
Sham Lal Basson said that bureaucracy in J&K must implement the Presidential order of March 1, 2019.
Bodh Raj Bhagat, T.C Bavouria, M.R Bangotra, G.L Rahi and others were also present in the press conference.
