JAMMU, June 5: Minority Cell of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee projected various demands in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Gurdarshan Singh, Vice Chairman J&K UT at Congress Office, Shahidi Chowk, here today.
The demands included establishment of Minority Commission of J&K UT, reservation in 5 Assembly seats in Sikh Community, 2 for Christian Community and one for Jain Community and completion of developmental projects like Artificial Lake, Gandola and Ropeway etc.
Prominent among others who attended the meeting included Jagjit Singh Rimple, Chairman Jammu Urban; Balvinder Singh Rinku, GS Sudan Prince, Harbans Gurmeet Singh, Nasir Massih, Manpreet Singh Jimmy and Michael Wazir.
