JAMMU, July 29: Through a video conference, leaders of Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation (JKMEF) of Jammu Division discussed various problems and demands of the Health employees.
In the conference which was held under the chairmanship of Sushil Sudan (president JKMEF), block presidents and district president participated and apprised the UT president about the problems being faced by the Health employees serving during the crucial period of pandemic of COVID-19 crisis.
Participants demanded DPC of all categories which is pending since four years. They expressed resentment on the behalf of all categories of employees for neglecting the legal and genuine issue of DPC as per standing procedure.
They said the Federation time and again highlighted the burning and genuine demands in front of concerned authorities but authorities remained mute spectator and deprived the employees from their right.
Prominent among those who raised the legal and genuine issues include Jaswinder Singh, Mohd Akhter from Ramban, R P Singh, Onkar Singh from Mahore (Reasi), Sanjay Choudeary, Neelam Devi, Suriya Akhter, Bhanu Partap and Hoshyar Singh Rakwal.
