JKLSRF highlights migrants’ demands

JAMMU, July 5: Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh Socialist Republican Forum (JKLSRF) in its meeting here, today under the leadership Vijay Koul its president discussed various demands of the migrants.
The meeting demanded granting of minority status to KPs as recommended by Minority Commission Chairman, clearance of RBA status to Pandits which was stopped earlier and Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner be empowered to issue these certificates in favour of migrants belonging to Rural Backward areas in Valley, clearance of bifurcation cases in open darbar, issuance of ration quota to dealers pending for last four months, grant of PM scholarship benefits to migrant students as well, easy loans be sanctioned in favour of overage educated migrant youth, starting of recruitment drive in camps and non camp areas, implementation of PM’s employment package and benefits of health insurance schemes to migrants.
The meeting was attended by Rakesh Koul general secretary of the Forum its advisor Neelam Trisal, chief organizer, Dr Deepak Matoo, AjayRaina chief convener, Rajesh Labroo, Inderji Koul, Ritesh Koul and Nitish Bhat.
