JKL Clerical Staff Association urges Governor for removal of pay anomaly

JAMMU, Feb 24:  Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association has appealed the Governor N N Vohra to personally look into their long pending demand for removal of pay anomalies of clerical cadre.
Chairing a joint meeting of the Association, here today, the State president Babu Hussain Malik strongly condemned the State Government for deliberately betraying from the commitment made with the employees for the removal of pay anomalies.
The meet also highlighted some other demands of the Association, which included re-organization of  the cadre, release of pending DA, increase of Medical Allowance from Rs 300 to Rs 2000, dislocation allowance for employees posted outside the district, grade of 4000-6000 to Jr Assistant,  4500-7000 to Senior Assistant and 5500-9000 to Head Assistant, regularization of daily wagers, Anganwari workers etc.
The meet urged the Governor to give the Association members time for listening to their grievance at the earliest.
Those who attended the meeting, included Khurshid Ahmad Dewani, Javed Ahmad Akhoon, Bharat Bhushan, Seva Ram Rathore, Jaswant Singh, Meenakshi Sharma, Vipan Kumar, Yashpal Sharma, Kavi Raj, Vikas Sharma, Munish Sharma, Uday Singh Pathania, Pawan Kumar, Mohd Iqbal, Javed Iqbal, Vikas Gupta, Umer Jan, Rangil Singh, Lekh Raj, Satpal Singh, Ajay Khajuria, Ramesh Chander, Ali Mohd, Raj Kumar, Ravinder Singh, Madan Lal, Pavnesh Kumar, Ashok Kumar and others.
