JAMMU, Nov 22: J&K Grameen Bank in association with SMGS Hospital administration organized a note exchange mela at SMGS Hospital, Shalimar Road, here.
The mela was organized under the guidance of RK Chibber, Chairman, J&K Grameen Bank.
Needy patients and people exchanged their old currency during the mela. The staff members from JKGB and SMGS Hospital visited various wards and exchanged the notes of patients on the spot.
From J&K Grameen Bank, General Manager Janak Raj Angural, Chief A&I Jitendra Bhardwaj, Ajay Bharti, Public Relations Officer, Randhir Billawaria, Area Manager Jammu, Mukul Mehta Private Secretary to Chairman, Pawan Kakkar and Sahil Sharma, Branch Managers were present, whereas from SMGS Hospital, Dara Singh, Superintendent, Dr Pardeep Sharma, President, Medical Employees Association and Dr Ajay Sharma were present.
Speaking on the occasion, General Manager, Janak Raj Angural said that the bank will arrange such campaigns in the near future and continue to provide its services.
