JAMMU, Feb 1: J&K Grameen Bank (JKGB) organized Digital Financial Literacy Awareness Programme (D-FLAP) at village Pargwal under Branch Office, Pargwal.
Regional Manager, Jammu, KL Sharma, was the chief guest on the occasion. He highlighted various developments in banking sector and latest schemes. He informed the participants about various modes of getting cashless transactions from banks and safeguards to be kept in mind while availing different bank facilities with special reference to use of ATM cards, mobile banking etc.
Sharma enlightened people about new technologies available in the bank such as multiple uses of NEFT/RTGS, use of PoS machine, Rupay Debit Card, KCC Rupay Debit Card, net banking, mobile banking services, IMPS, Aadhaar based transactions etc.
He also highlighted the bank loans schemes i.e. KCC, GCC, JLG, DEDSS, Tractor Loan, Education Loan, Housing Loan, Car Loan, Transport Loan etc. and also requested the gathering to repay the loan including KCC amount timely.
Rajinder Singh Raina, Branch Head, Pargwal, was also present on the occasion.
