UDHAMPUR, Jan 5: Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Front (JKDF) organised a free eye-camp at Common Public Higher Secondary School, Railway Road, Sangoor.
The camp was organised under the leadership of Advocate Sunny Mahajan, State general secretary, JKDF Youth and district youth president Rameshwar Jasrotia.
The camp was attended by hundreds of people from Sangoor and adjoining areas.
A team of specialised doctors along with medicines and other infrastructure had come from Jammu for the said camp.
While speaking, Sunny Mahajan said that more camps will be organised in the time to come in every remote area of Udhampur.
Rameshwar Jasrotia said that 152 people will be provided with free spectacles by JKDF as recommended by the team of doctors, and around 56 people will be operated free of cost at Jammu.
Among others present were senior leaders of JKDF Surinder Sharma, Ram Kumar, Vijay Shastri, JKDF Sewa Dal State president Rohit Sharma, Ravi Mehra, Sourabh Pachiala, Jyoti, etc.
