JKAACL organises ‘Bhajan Sandhya’ at Sukrala Mata

KATHUA, Mar 28: Sub Office of J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) organised ‘Bhajan Sandhya’ at Sukrala Mata Temple here today on the eve of holy Navratras where large number of folks and pilgrims thronged to witness the soulful night.
The programme was organized under the overall guidance of Secretary JKAACL Bharat Singh.
Subash Choudhary, president Shankar Ramleela Natak Club Billawar was the chief guest on the occasion who lauded the efforts made by the JKAACL for bringing Bhajan Sandhya for the pilgrims at Sukrala Mata.
Sanjeev Gupta SOCA, JKAACL Sub-Office, Kathua shared that it is our moral responsibility to take our culture to the shrines. These kinds of soulful presentations always keep the folks of the region well known with their roots, he said.
He further assured the audience that he would request the authorities of J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages to hold such programs to other major shrines of the district in coming days.
The programme was started with the vibrant singing of Narinder Kumar and party followed by the presentations of Om Basotra and party, Randeep Chadail and Party, Mohinder Kumar and party, Vaishno Devi and party.
The programme was concluded with the soulful presentation by Rita Devi and Party who mesmerized the audiences with their singing skills. The programme was ably conducted by Sat Pal Singh.
