JAMMU, Dec 20: The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has granted selection grade (level 13 in the pay matrix) to J&K segment AGMUT cadre IAS officer Sheikh Arshad Ayub.
The 2013 batch IAS officer, Ayub, who has been granted proforma promotion, is currently on central deputation, and posted as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.
