J&K Police at forefront in fight against COVID-19: Vibodh

JAMMU, June 2: BJP J&K General Secretary and former MLC Vibodh Gupta said that J&K Police is not only dealing with security related instances but is also at the forefront in fight against COVID-19 pandemic.
Vibodh complimented J&K police for helping every citizen of the society in this hour of need.
He stated this after meeting IGP Security Dr SD Singh Jamwal and handing him over a letter of gratitude from BJP party.
Rakesh Mahajan Incharge All Cells BJP J&K UT and SSP Security Swarn Singh Kotwal were also present on the occasion.
While appreciating the J&K Police, Vibodh said that this dedicated force was always at the forefront during all the difficult situations.
While highlighting the role of J&K Police in the daily lives of common man, Vibodh said that the letter of gratitude is a mark of respect from BJP and to inform that whole nation stands united behind J&K Police in these challenging times.
While giving feedback from the perspective of a common man, Vibodh said that J&K Police jawans are performing their duties with great dedication and determination and this is their real patriotism towards nation.
He acknowledged the services of hundreds of police jawans who worked hard day and night and even ensured timely delivery of medicines to the old and needy in different parts of the UT. This action of J&K Police has ensured health security of our elders besides providing overall security to our society, he added.
On the occasion, Rakesh Mahajan said that besides honouring our frontline warriors we must also honour their family members who have also stood by these police officials in this need of hour. He called upon every section of the society to be grateful to the selfless service being provided by our frontline warriors.
