JAMMU, May 19: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has ordered a major reshuffle and promotion of officials in the administrative cadre following the recommendations of the Committee for Appointment and Promotion of Officials/Officers of the High Court Staff, duly approved by the Chief Justice.
