JAMMU, Jan 14: J&K Grameen Bank opened its 215th branch in a simple function at Bantalab, here today.
While dedicating the branch to the public, Vagish Chander Sharma, chairman of the Bank impressed upon the gathering to avail all types of banking facilities from this newly opened fully computerized branch.
He apprised the gathering that J&K Grameen Bank is spread across 13 districts of the State and is committed to the socio economic development of the masses.
He informed that the Bank will be shortly adding a couple of more branches to its already existing network and also launching RuPay Debit Cards and RuPay Kisan Cards shortly.
Gurcharan Singh, general manager of the Bank urged upon the customers to come forward for availing various banking facilities, while Savresh Kohli, Area Manger Jammu also spoke on the occasion and made the people aware about the bank deposit and credit schemes.
