JAMMU, Jan 28: The Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department has appointed Kulbhushan Kumar, JKAS, Director Finance, as the Inquiry Officer to examine alleged wrongful service particulars furnished by Abdul Gani Dar, Senior Lecturer at HSS Khanda, Budgam.
