JAMMU, Mar 11: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has re-designated two Administrative Secretaries as Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government.
As per a Government Order , Babila Rakwal, Administrative Secretary of the Cooperative Department, and Shabnam Kamili, Administrative Secretary of the ARI and Trainings Department, have been elevated to Commissioner/Secretary for their respective departments with immediate effect.
