J&K Bank organizes Financial Literacy Camp

SRINAGAR, Oct 23: J&K Bank organised Financial Literacy Camp cum Seminar at MTM Foundation School, Chandiloora in Tangmarg, in which people, teachers, students, Branch Manager, Central Co-operative Bank and Government officials participated.
Principal of the school chaired the Financial Literacy Camp cum Seminar.
FLCC Baramulla explained in detail the role and objectives of the FLCC centre.
Head, BU Tangmarg gave details of KCC cards issued in the area and facilitating students in admission to various colleges and universities by extending Education Loan facility to them.
Zonal Coordinator (Apple project/KCC) gave detailed account of Apple and KCC schemes of Bank.
LDM Baramulla urged upon the people in general to work as entrepreneurs and avail benefits of banking products.
Meanwhile, Bank also conducted awareness camp in Kulgam.
Lead Bank Officer, Director RSETI and Facilitator FLCC Kulgam attended training cum awareness camp in Kulgam, which was organized in collaboration with KVIC, KVIB and DIC Kulgam.
Speaking on the occasion, officers educated the entrepreneurs about proper utilization of funds for generating incomes from their units.
