REASI, Mar 4: Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) Bank has installed two Cash Recycler Machines (CRMs), one each at Katra and Reasi, to provide convenient banking services to the public.
The CEO of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB), Anshul Garg, inaugurated the CRM in Katra in presence of SDM Katra Angrez Singh, President Katra Hotel and Restaurant Association, Rakesh Wazir and Branch Manager Katra, Avnish Sharma while Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Babila Rakwal, inaugurated the one in Reasi in presence of Cluster Head Reasi, Ravi Kumar Sharma, Branch Manager, Sanjay Sharma and gathering of bank’s customers.
DC Reasi, Babila Rakwal lauded the role of the bank in rendering world-class services to the people and said the CRMs will help people in instant withdrawal and depositing of the cash beyond the banking hours.
The Bank’s Zonal Head (Udhampur), Rajesh Gupta, who was present on both occasions, emphasized that the machines would reduce footfall at nearby branches.
The CRM machines will allow customers to deposit or withdraw cash even beyond banking hours and on holidays.
