J&K Accounts employees highlight demands

JAMMU, Mar 3: A meeting of the J&K Accounts Employees Association was held here today under the leadership of Niyaz Ahmad Qadery, president of Civil Secretariat unit and Kulwant Singh.
The meet discussed various demands of the Account employees and hoped that the Government would consider the same before Darbar move to summer capital of the State.
The demands, highlighted in the meeting, included; re-organization of Accounts Personnel, declaration of Professional Service, implementation of SRO 272, release of under trainees’ salary, removal of 18 months barrier on departmental exam, change of designation, filling up vacant posts, fresh recruitment etc.
The meeting was attended by Mohd Shafi, Imtiaz Ahmed Shaw, Prituman Queem, SKS Khalsa, Prem Thapa and others.
