LONDON, July 6: Singer Jess Glynne is planning to take a break from music at the end of the year.
The 26-year-old “Hold My Hand” hitmaker has been continuously touring since the release of her debut LP “I Cry When I Laugh” last summer and wants to focus on herself, reported Femalefirst.
“Music has got me through some really, really tough times. It’s a really weird thing, I wouldn’t know how to describe it, but when you’re feeling sh*t, or you’re feeling happy, I feel whatever emotion you’re going through music sits very well at the side of it,” Glynne said.
The singer says eating healthy keeps her going despite all the touring.
“I’m eating well, making sure I sleep and drinking loads of water. I have nutritious meals, that’s very important to me,” she said. (PTI)
