JCCI demands repairing of cross LoC trade bridges

JAMMU, Sept 7: President, Jammu and Kashmir Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) YV Sharma has expressed concern over the loss of lives and property due to incessant rains during the last few days in the State.
He expressed his condolences and sympathies for the people who have lost their lives and properties in the havoc caused by nature.
Sharma called upon the authorities to be on the high alert to save the lives and property of the people and provide sufficient help immediately to the victims of this ravage.
He also demanded repairing of Poonch and Uri sector bridges which play vital role in the cross LOC trade. Government should also ensure that the agencies involved in the cross LOC trade shouldn’t do anything by which traders suffer a loss, he added.
