JAMMU, Sep 21: Son of the soil, Jayesh Gupta, who is best known for his films ‘Bacche Man Ke Sacche’ and ‘Kyun’ today announced his film “Udta Jammu” and released a devotional album song on “Bawe wali Mata”.
Addressing a press conference here today, Jayesh Gupta said that people of Jammu and Kashmir, especially from Jammu province has showered immense love and praise on his two feature films “Bacche Man ke Sacche” and “Kyun” which got various awards at different International Film Festivals and that is why he has decided to make another film titled “Udta Jammu” which would be on drug menace.
Gupta said the shoot of the film will begin very soon as the topic of ‘drug menace’ is very significant in the present scenario when many innocent youth of our Union Territory have fallen prey to this menace and several families have ruined. He said the film will have a very good social message for the public and he is confident that it will leave a long lasting impact on the viewers.
Jayesh said the film will be directed, produced and written by him. “This film will be shot at various places of J&K and all the artists for the film will be taken from our Duggar Pradesh,” he said, adding, while making the film, he wants to gives chance to the local talent so that they will be able to showcase their talent at bigger platform.
Meanwhile, Jayesh also released a devotional album song ‘Bhagti ka Rang’, based on Bawe wali Mata. The Song has been sung by Sarita Gupta, wife of Jayesh Gupta. The music of the song has been composed by Ash K. Lyrics of the song has been given by Sonu Raipuria while the song has been produced and directed by Jayesh Gupta.
