NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court today issued notice to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and DGs of all para military forces on a PIL related to a BSF soldier, Tej Bahadur’s video on the poor food quality issue.
The PIL was filed by an ex-serviceman seeking report on poor food quality and protection for soldier and regular inspection of food after a BSF Jawan, Bahadur, circulated a video. A bench of the Delhi High court set February 27 for further hearing.
The petitioner, an ex-serviceman of CRPF, had knocked the doors of the Delhi High Court on the issue of poor food quality being provided to the para military forces personnel. (AGENCIES)
