Srinagar, Mar 31: A soldier was killed in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district after he came under snowslide near his post on the Line of Control today.
A major rescue operation was launched and his body was later recovered from the snow.
He has been identified as Havaldar Satvir Singh of Mathura in Uttar Pradesh.
