RAJOURI, Aug 7: An Army jawan was injured in an accidental fire at a forward post in Nowshera sector last night.
Reports said Sepoy, Budh Singh of 11 Sikh LI was deployed at Durga Post along the Line of Control in Nowshera area last mid night. During night patrol, he slipped and fell down. His gun fell down and went off accidentally, hitting his left foot. With injury he was shifted to nearby Unit hospital near Nowshera and later referred to Military Hospital, Rajouri.
