POONCH, Oct 27: To celebrate creation of new administrative units and schools in Haveli constituency, supporters of senior NC leader and MLA Poonch, Ajaz Jan organized public rallies to welcome the MLA at Arai, Loran, Balnai Mandi and Chandak.
While addressing the Jashan-e-Poonch rallies, Jan said that creation of new administrative units and schools has fulfilled the long pending demands of the people of these areas and this would be a turning point as far as socio-economic advancement of the people of this constituency was concerned.
He thanked Chief Minister Omar Abdullha for creating new administrative units and schools. “I am satisfied that Committee has accommodated genuine wishes of the all the three regions of the State and justice has been done with all the deserving areas of State,” the MLA said.
Calling upon the people to strengthen hands of NC party, he said that it was result of the vision of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah leadership that various revolutionary steps have been taken by the Government.
People at all the places, for which new administrative units and schools have been announced in the constituency, burst crackers, distributed sweets and danced to the beats of Dhols to celebrate this historic decision.
Among those who spoke on the occasion were leaders Bagh Hussain Rathore, Ab Ahad Bhatt, Kamrate, Mansu Khan, Block president, Peer Anyat Bukhari, Narander Singh Talwar, Harcharan Singh Khalsa, Mohinder Pyasa, Surjan Singh, Pintu Singh, Bashir Ahmed Tantary and others.
