JAMMU, Dec 6: Terming recent hike in the prices of food grains in CAPD outlets as ‘unjustified’, Youth National Conference today assailed PDP-BJP dispensation for its callous and anti-people approach that has brought the State to a chaotic like situation on all fronts.
The YNC has also sought probe into the distribution of solar lights in Poonch which were approved by previous NC-Congress Government.
In a statement, Provincial YNC president Ajaz Jan said that rise in ration price is like backstabbing the poor consumers, who are already facing the brunt of inflation and grappling with problems created by the insensitive coalition Government in terms of dysfunctional utility services like power and drinking water.
“Without any prior intimation to public, the Government has taken this drastic step thus putting the consumers in a fix”, Jan said.
