JAMMU, Aug 4: Jammu Sanskriti School, here, buzzed with tech-driven excitement as it hosted Cyber Sphere 1.0, it’s first-ever Inter-School IT Fest. The two-day event brought together 180 students from 11 leading schools, celebrating innovation, creativity and 21st-century digital skills.
Participating schools included Heritage School, Hermann Gmeiner, APS Nagrota, KC International, Doon International and more. Events ranged from Python coding, web development, digital art and robotics to e-sports tournaments like BGMI and Free Fire, plus a high-stakes AI and robotics debate.
Chief guest Manu Hansa, SDM South Jammu, commended the initiative and urged students to become digital leaders. Esteemed judges Sujat Khan and Sumeet Sawhney praised the participants’ innovation and problem-solving skills.
Principal-cum-Vice Chairperson Rohini Aima called Cyber Sphere 1.0 “a powerful confluence of technology and education,” aimed at preparing students for a rapidly evolving tech landscape. The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, honouring winners across categories and a heartfelt vote of thanks to all contributors.
