Jammu records season’s max at 32 degrees

JAMMU: The winter capital of the State today witnessed the season’s hottest day, with the maximum temperature recorded at 32 degree Celsius, while the minimum settled at 18.5 degrees.

“The temperature in the past four days fluctuated between 25 degrees to 29 degrees (maximum) and 15 degrees to 17 degrees (minimum),” the weatherman here said.

He further predicted that the temperature may dip by few degrees in the coming days, adding, “rain and thundershower is expected by tomorrow and the maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 22 degree C and 17 degree C, respectively in Jammu.” (AGENCIES)
