Jammu records season’s hottest day

JAMMU, May 25: The winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir today recorded season’s hottest day at maximum 41.3 degree celsius.
A weatherman here said that after thunderstorm and showers on Saturday, Jammu today recorded maximum temperature of 41.3 degree celsius.
The minimum temperature was 23.7 degree Celsius.
Meanwhile, at Katra, the maximum temperature was 37.9 degrees and the minimum was 22.7 degrees. At Bhaderwah, the maximum temperature was 29.6 degrees and the minimum was 11.0 degrees.
The weatherman also predicted mainly dry days in Jammu for the next two days with maximum temperature 41 degrees and minimum 24 degrees. (UNI)
