Jammu got justice during Azad’s time: Shingari

Jammu, Dec 17: Congress candidate from Jammu West Surinder Singh Shingari has said that during Ghulam Nabi Azad’s era as Chief Minister Jammu region got justice and witnessed massive development.
Addressing public meeting at Janipur Housing Colony and other localities of Jammu West today, Mr Shingari said that during the chief ministership of Mr Azad Congress ensured massive development and Jammu people got justice after long time. He said Congress can form the successful Government and this is evident from the works in the short span under his chief ministership.
“Jammu West requires caring servant and not hollow lecturers or screen Stars” Mr Shingari said while campaigning in different parts of Jammu West constituency. “I have full faith in the people of Jammu West and I did not use such words which are being used by opponents,” he added.
Shingari said Jammu West requires freedom from rude and emotionless representation which is motivated by hatred, division and deception. These people don’t have a heart that may beat for a poor and needy person. He said that people have begun to realize false and misguiding mission of 44+ and they have understood that this false propaganda was carried out to confuse innocent people for electoral gains.
“BJP kept aside its main ideological issues as expired just to gain some more seats” he said.
Meanwhile, Vijay Kumar Verma, an independent candidate from Jammu West retired from contest in support of Surinder Singh Shingari.
Anil Chopra DCC Jammu (U) president Anil Chopra while speaking on the occasion sought support for Mr Shingari.
