JAMMU, Nov 25: Alleging that Jammu East constituency was neglected by all previous Governments for last 60 years, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) candidate from Jammu East, Chowdhary Shokat Gujjar today appealed the people of the constituency to vote and support BSP for overall development of the constituency.
Chowdhary Shokat held door to door campaign at Mohalla Talab Khatikan, Dalpatian Mohalla, Peer Mitha and Lower Peer Kho area, and requested for vote and support in his favour for the future of young generation.
He said no recruitment drive was ever held in this constituency; city looks like bushes of houses without any planning and there is no playground for the children, as Parade ground is still occupied by the police and political leaders for their rallies.
He said if elected, he will provide playground for the children and police recruitment drive for the educated unemployed youth.
