JAC seeks return of money deducted for Mediclaim Policy

JAMMU, Dec 3: State Govt Employees Joint Action Committee has urged upon the State Administration to address the pending issues of the employees.
In a meeting of the Joint Action Committee held here today under the leadership of Sushil Sudan, Subash Verma, Suresh Sharma, members discuss the long pending demands and other burning issues of the employees.
The main issues projected during the meeting included speeding up the regularization process of the daily wagers and disbursement of wages of the daily wagers month wise.
They also demanded return of all the deducted salary to the employees which has deducted from them in the name of health insurance , release of 7th Pay Commission arrears in favour of State Govt employees, the NPS (New Pension Scheme) which was introduced in year 2010 be abolished, the pending salary wages of female multipurpose health workers, SSA Head Teachers and RAMSA teachers as per 7th Pay Commission be released shortly and office time for all Govt employees should be fixed from 10 am to 4 pm as per earlier practice.
In the meeting, the leadership of the SGEJAC has taken serious view of the harassment of the employees which is being done in various officers by some Govt officers intentionally to fulfil their vested interests.
The other prominent representatives of the JAC who were present included – K C Dubey, Jarnail Khokhar, BN Singh, Rakesh Mangotra, Maheshwar Parshad, Farooq Ahmed ,Vinod Sharma, Kamal Jeet Sawhney, Jaswant Singh, Manzoor Ali, Anoop Singh and Raju Jamwal.
