JAMMU, Nov 14: Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar, MLA Ganderbal, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today and apprised the latter about the to-date status of ongoing developmental schemes in his constituency, particularly referring to the vital importance of the road network and time-bound implementation of the Ganderbal II Power Project.
Appreciating Jabbar’s concerns, the Governor urged him to continue his endeavours for promoting a peaceful environment which would enable rapid development and welfare of the people of his area.
Ajay Sadhotra, former Minister also called on Governor and raised various matters relating to the functioning of the administrative apparatus, urgent steps required to be taken for the resolution of problems being faced by the public and issues relating to the speedy economic development of the State.
Governor urged Sadhotra to continue his endeavours for the growth and advancement of the State, on all fronts.
