JAMMU, Nov 17: India Travel Mart (ITM) Jammu, Jammu’s biggest travel & tourism exhibition which is underway at Hotel Ramada, showcased the state tourism under one roof.
The exhibition is being organized by ICM Group with special emphasis in promoting Adventure, Pilgrimage, Beach Holidays, Hill Destinations, Honeymoon Plans, Business Trips and Medical Tourism.
The ITM Jammu brings the unique experience of specially prepared Travel, Tour & Holiday packages and good bargains from leading Hotels, Resorts, Travel agents, Tour Operators from India and abroad.
The representative of J&K Tourism, Jammu & Kashmir Development Corporation (JKTDC) said that Jammu is known as the City of Temples & Kashmir is called as Heaven on Earth and JKTDC invites you to J&K, the crown of glory of India.
“GOA is a land of creativity, entertainment, knowledge and is known as Paradise on Earth. Some of the main attractions are Beaches, Temples, Churches, Water Sports Activities, Evening River Cruise at Panaji, Hot Air Balloon, Scuba Diving, Hop-on-Hop-Off bus for sightseeing, Spice Plantation, Bird Sanctuaries, Wild Life Sanctuaries, Water Fall and much more”, said Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC).
Representative of West Bengal Tourism said, “From the mighty of Himalayas to the greenery of Gangetic planes, from the serene beaches to Mangroves estuaries, West Bengal is the land of many natural splendors. West Bengal welcomes you to experience Bengal with its huge natural resources from the mountains to the mangroves…..and its rich culture and heritage”.
“Gujarat is the most colorful state of India where you can visit the unique Rann of Kutch & Gir forest and much more” said representative of Gujarat Tourism, adding, it provides comprehensive travel assistance and service to the tourist coming to visit Gujarat.
Representative of Jharkhand Tourism said, “The state is famous for its Waterfall, Hills and Religious Shrines. The major Religious Centre is Deoghar, Waterfalls is Dassam Falls (Ranchi District), Hirni Falls and many more, Wildlife and Natural Parks are also there”.
Special attractions of ITM Jammu are Travel theme based painting competition for kids, travel quiz for children and special discount for visitors, travellers and Corporate by some exhibitors. The opening hour of the exhibition is from 11 AM – 6 PM on the last day (Sunday).
