Srinagar, Dec 18: Income tax Department today conducted raids in Srinagar in tax evasion cases.
The IT sleuths raided house of 39 year old property dealer, Waseem Ahmad Dar son of Abdul Rashid Dar and 35 year old PDD employee Taha Majeed Dar son of Abdul Majeed Dar at Shahanwar Colony Hyderpora.

The raid was also conducted at Kashmir Cottage Emporium showroom at Ishbar Nishat belonging to one Showkat Ahmad Shah.
An official said that raids were conducted for tax evasion and IT department seized documents during the raids.
