It seems that the death of politicians at the ripe old age is a more tragic loss to the media than the supreme sacrifice made by Maj KP Rane, Rifleman M.S.Rawat,Rifleman Hameer Singh, and Gunner Vikramjeet Singh while combating terrorists in the Gurez sector of J&K.
The brave officers and Jawans laid down their lives in the highest traditions of the Indian Army.
What is more shocking is that no news channel across the country seems to be even concerned about the martyrdom of our soldiers. There is no outrage at all and many people do not even know about it and the brave soldiers have been pushed into oblivion by the unconcerned media in its greed for higher TRP.
No grief is expressed by the politicians. It is high time we learn to respect at least the martyrdom of our soldiers.
