JAMMU, Feb 23: The J&K State Branch of Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) here today distributed 400 blankets to the Srinagar bound passengers stranded at Jammu in Makkah Masjid, Bathindi.
A handout stated that about 5,000 such passengers including students were staying in a temporarily relief camp at Makkah Masjid, Bathindi.
The locals of Bathindi were facilitating these stranded passengers while the IRCS-J&K Branch has further assured all possible support to these passengers.
