JAMMU, Jan 14: Murti Pujan for installing the holy Mohras (symbolic idols) of Baba Ambo at the Khajuria Biradri Dev-sthan in Gurha Slathia began today amidst Havan and other rituals.
The three-day Murti Pujan will conclude on January 16 with the enthroning of these Mohras, which were taken to the Dev-sthan by the Gurha Slathia Khajuria Biradri members amidst a religious procession and chanting of slogans in reverence to Baba Ambo.
A grand religious function is being organized on January 16 at the Dev-sthan, for which the organizers have also invited Deputy Commissioner Samba, Rohit Khajuria as special invitee. The organizers have extended an open invitation to all members of the Khajuria Biradri to participate in the Murti Pujan and seek blessing of Baba Ambo.
