DODA, Feb 12: A 28-days-old baby was killed, while three others received injuries, when the Maruti car they were travelling in, skidded off the road and rolled down in a gorge near Assar.
As per police sources, a Maruti car bearing registration number JK08A-4333 plunged into gorge near Assar, resulting into one the spot death of 28-days-old baby and injuries to three others.
After getting information, police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to Assar hospital, from where they were referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for advanced treatment.
The injured have been identified as Pardeep Kumar, Annu Devi and Toufeeq Ahmed, all residents of Gathi.
A case has been registered in this regard at Assar police station and investigation started.
